All the volunteers have the possibility to work with young children and get precious experience for their work, but also for their life. Working with children demands patience and persistence, but the kids' appreciation is the highest reward for all the fatigue and the working hours.

Our Place
In our place one can :
-
get to know computers;

learn to use a considerable number of programs on a computer;

attend lectures and seminars on issues like : Hellas (Greece), Computer (PC), Internet, Education, Europe, Youth;

read all kinds of books related to new technologies, education, youth, etc;

use our hardware and software equipment so as to operate it effectively while working on new and interesting projects.

In other words:

- Presenting the Educational System of Greece as well as the culture and the identity of each corner of Greece, to people all over the world.
- Giving to teachers, pupils and students the opportunity to express themselves without limits.
- Becoming a communication bridge between teacher, students and youngsters from all over the world, and between Greek people that live abroad and those who live in Greece.
- Making it easier for people that work with education in general (pupils, students, teachers, professors, school advisors, parents, etc) and for European people as well, to exchange ideas, knowledge and opinions.
- Development and promotion of the Greek cultural heritage in Europe and in all over the world.
Giving to teachers and students the opportunity to learn how to use computers. - Making lectures and participating to many seminars in Greece and in all over the world on educational, cultural, youth and new technologies toppics.
- Presentations (electronic and on paper) like: Websites Administration,
- Leaflet and magazine's publishing and creation of CD-ROM, Multimedia etc.
- Organizing projects that contribute to the promotion and development of new technologies in educational and cultural level and that are helpful and useful to Greece and Education.
- Making seminars for teaching people how to use computers and the Internet services
- Organizing competitions and games that have an educational purpose and help students develop their skills through team or individual work.

The “Technology Education Sports” organisation cultivates and advances new technologies and works on their joining with the Hellenic Educational System and Culture. It also exploits Internet’s capabilities on educational, cultural and youth issues. It helps teachers and students to understand how to use computers and Educational programs effectively. It arranges lectures on social and educational matters and constructs and maintains WebPages. It deals with the development of programs in an educational, cultural and scientific level and provides the means for networking and communication of Educational organizations, teachers, students and young people with the help of www or future technologies. It has contacts and supports Educational, Youth and Cultural project in many areas of Greece.
Our projectsIn the last years we participated in two youth initiatives.
Our Youth Magazin, 4 issues with the actual news about our Organisation and the Programs we are working with.
Our Youth Comics where we made short stories about actual themes of society like drugs, aids, sport, rassism, a.s.o..

We have organized 2001 the youth exchange Multimedia Crossroad on the Greek Island Chios. From 11 European countries participating 70 young people to use the advantage of new multimedia like radio, video, computer.Also we organized one year later in the summer 2002 the youth exchange Olympic Youthweb in Athens. 70 young people from 13 Countries of Europe built a Webpage about the Olympic Games.
